Anger is an emotion that everyone always feels but we don’t wants to stay in this kind of emotion. Besides that it will cause many diseases, anger is not good to have a space within us. So that, meditation will really help us to avoid this kind of emotion, it is the best way for me to change all the bad things that come to you.
